I have now been struggling with vodacom for about 2 weeks now in regards to pathetic poor service on connecting via USB modem. There response first " well if u live in flat with or house with burglar bars you will have bad signal as this affects the signal, i asked does this include phoning as well, they advised yes, i advised that i have full signal on my phone and tab - silence" ok then we need to escalate this to diff department

They final answer to me was without calling me tells me to call (some antenna or signal place) and get a signal booster - seriously is this the response you will give me without doing proper research.

I had enough of vodacom and logged call after call after call in regards to this issues, call centre person checked with me and i have LTE, Wimax and 3G coverage but i was told to buy signal booster? My area was not even checked to see if i have signal when i bought this package - again i was told this should have been done I had enough of this service, MTN full signal at same spot but vodacom in there own area no full signal
I advised they can cancel my data contract, and ill move my other numbers as well - ENOUGH IS ENOUGH

I want this settled
