Vodacom
Four years of empty promises

I reported three years ago poor transmission signal in my area Rooihuiskraal to vodacom. A technician was dispatched to the area and confirmed the poor signal. Vodacom undertook to attend to the my query. Nothing was done. A year ago I reported same to Hello Peter, vodacom undertook to correct the problem on Hello Peter site. SMS followed and died up again. As per usual vodacom style nothing was delivered up to date. I know again when they see this posting they will call and send SMS but nothing will happen. Shame on vodacom for their poor service and non follow up to ther commitments. Poor service of note.
