On 26 November 2012, I complained on hellopeter as 12 months of no response from Vodacom was to much to believe. To date, I am still waiting for a possitive outcome. Since your correpondence to them, 14 months ago and me recieving thereafter, for 5 months from Vodacom, electronical text mesages, that Vodacom "is attending to the matter", Later a representative from Vodacom came to my business premises and my home, and agreed that the signal is extremely poor. He phoned me 1 month later, to confirm that they will be installing a small signal booster at my home and then it whent quite. (Every time Vodacom or an employee of Vodacom contacts me, it is from a number which I can not call them back) Two months ago he phoned to say they "improved" our area signal footprint, but he could hardly speak to me, because of the poor signal quality. He again commited to installing a signal booster but empty promises by Vodacom as in the last more than 2 years.
Please see if your second and my third year of requests to Vodacom will mobilise them - To Instill Performance. ( TIP) Vodacom is proving, not to be the better connection.
