Vodacom lying

I recently phoned Vodacom and complained that I get extremely poor signal at my house in Douglasdale. I mean, Douglasdale, it's a kilometer from Monte Casino. I got a reference number S3-T3722-20CTB. I got a call back to say technicians will go and test the signal in the area and report back... after a couple of days I got another call to say the technicians reported bad signal in my area and that I must be patient they are busy building a tower in the Olivedale area. The person also said they will add me to a list that will get updates in connection with the build of this tower.

That was about two weeks back, nothing happened so far. No e-mail, update or anything. And then I came across this complaint on hellopeter: https:///vodacom/complaints-to-compliments/south-africas-leading-network-just-got-even-faste-1142179. Basically saying Vodacom has been promising a tower in the area for over 5 years and lying about it. Do you have ANY proof this tower is in the process of being built? It's ludicrous to think that the no1 supplier can't get better signal than EDGE in one of the better suburbs in JHB. Please sort out my signal, I'm paying you good money for 3G.
