I'm currently sitting in vodaworld midrand waiting to book my cellphone in for repairs after waiting 15mins just to get anumber in the queue, I've been told that the queue waiting time is currently 80mins for assistance. Who in the ryt mind is going to wait 80mins just to book a faulty device in for repairs? Is this a reasonable or expected waiting time for assistance?
