Bad service

I went to the Engen Blockhouse on the R59 on my way back from Johannesburg. I stopped at the pump and waited for assistance. I was sitting in the car for about 5 minutes (without being helped yet). A black man pulled up behind me waiting for the the pump to open up. As we were waiting the pump right next to me opened up and the customer that was waiting behind me pulled up to the pump. I have now been waiting for a total of 15 minutes for assistance. The attendant then directly went to the man that was standing behind me. When I asked him why he is helping the customer first as I have been waiting for a while he just said that he was sorry and continued to help the customer next to me that arrived long after me instead of telling the customer that I was there first and that the right thing would be to assist me first. This is very poor service to have a customer wait for 18 minutes and still helping other people first that came in later. Having to wait 18 minutes at a service station overall is just bad service. This is also not the first time that I have experienced this at both the Blockhouses on both sides of the road.
