Pathetic after sales service!!

Took phone for repairs 19 Jan (second time in a year) - STOOD in queue for an hour - took 30 minutes more for staff to take item in - only 3 staff at repairs counter! Went to see if phone is ready today - STOOD an hour in queue again! - again only 3 staff on duty - another staff member, Jaco collected papers from all who were collecting to hopefully speed up process - took him 20 minutes to find 4 phones?! Meanwhile other side of floor have benches to sit while waiting in queue and chairs at cubicles to sit while problem is being sorted - with 3 large screen TV`s to keep customers there occupied (albeit only sport!) Why double standards? Why not same for repairs where customers obviously wait just as long if not longer! Why only 3 staff? Why no dedicated collections counter? Why did it take 2 and half weeks for nothing? Why no loan phones?
