I decided to go to Vodaworld in Midrand yesterday to go and upgrade my contract, but only to find it was my worst experience ever. It all started on my arrival at Vodashop in Vodaworld, whereby I was not even greeted properly and sent to a counter that was only occupied by 1 consultant, which didn't care much that there was clients waiting for his assistance. Eventually I was issued with a device that would vibrate when a consultant would be able to assist me, well this only happened after about 40 minutes waiting. Up on being sent to the consultant that needs to assist me with my upgrade (again very rude and unfriendly) I got told after about 15 minutes sitting there that I'm classisfied as a "priority 5 client" and that my existing Talk 1000 package needs to be downgraded to a Talk 249, I mean I use my phone for business purposes and a Talk 249 package would not even last me a week. I'm currently spending a minimum of -R2000 with Vodacom p/m, because I've got 2 different subscriptions with them, and that equels to - R24 000 a year and - R48 000 over the contract period of 48 months. I'm very disgusted about this way of treatment and decided to rather move to another subscribe
