Long queue

I wanted to upgrade my MTN cellphone contract. Since beginning of December 2012 I visited the MNT shop in the Mooiriver Mall in Potchefstroom on numerous occasions, but every time there was a queue of 3 or more people. The service is very slow and customers have to wait on average 30 minutes before they can spreak to one of the three shop assistants. I eventually managed to upgrade yesterday, after waiting 30 minutes in the queue and spending another 30 minutes waiting for the assisstant to enter information on her computer and signing papers. MTN, please open another shop or increase you staff in the existing shop.
