Charged for an incorrect package

I was on My Call 350 package with MTN where I paid R318 a month for a cellphone contract on the Nokia N8. The contract expired on the 25 of April and I downgraded to My call 100 where I should be paying R100 a month for a new cellphone contract where I bought Nokia Asha 302. I receive the Phone however on the 20th of May I was billed for the old package I was on for R318 instead of the new package of R100. I queried this with MTN upgrade division and I was told the matter would be resolved. I did the upgrade/ package change on the 25/04/2013 with Kitumetsi reference KK44647 and I received the phone but my package was never changed. Afterwards I spoke to To Lungi ref NS4453444 and NS 44744242, Also spoke to Wonder ref: WM4454547 and MW4456484, Monica MD4461375 and a whole of other people of who's reference numbers I did not take down as I was fed-up. Finally I spoke to Eric Ref EM 4478670 who detected that a new contract was created for my call 100 on number 0837919797 which is not my number as my number is 0837919791. On the 31st of May I spoke to Mr Calvin Madondo who advised matter will take 3 weeks to resolve and on the 20th of June I was billed incorrectly again
