I noticed with interest that MTN took my money at the end of last month without a qualm, despite the fact that that they are getting it for nothing because their internet service is still stumbling, stuttering and constantly dropping carrier.
After my last complaint I got this email:
"Hello Buzz,
Thank you for your post. We appreciate that you have made us aware of the issue experienced.
I have escalated the matter to our specialized data hub to investigate and assist. Have asked that they contact you to troubleshoot though the problem areas to try to identify the root of the subject and resolve.

Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you.

Then I got a phone call from someone in the technical department who told me to change a network setting and promised me a booster aerial to enhance the signal.

So explain to me the following; What precisely does it mean in MTN when they say that they "escalated the matter" or "identify the root of the subject and resolve"???

Apparently in MTN-Speak it means sit on their and do nothing

It's been 3 weeks.
Nothing has changed.
Same bad service.
Same ..
