I am having endless problems with vodacom, last month it was my itemised billing and to date i haven't received this months itemised billing again, and i told the agent last month that i dont get my bills, which are generated on the 3rd of each month and i want to change my direct debit date so that i get my bill before i pay, they said its no problem, but what they failed to tell me was that my account will be doubled debited on the 7th, i am now out of pocket, my other debit orders have returned and i have no incurred bank charges, and also a bad reflection on my statement . i want my money back today.
