Rather disgussed with their customer service

Hello Peter.

I had called 2 branches and they informed me they didn't have any stock and when I asked as to when they will be receiving stock they informed me non chalantly that they not sure but they will call me when they do. Might I add I had gone to the branch over a week ago.

I don't mind waiting for my up grade, but when one advertises a certain phone then one expect to have stock. I had cancelled my other contract with Vodacom but I am regretting that decision, cause if that is how Cell C treats their clients that have been with them for a long time. I feel like they don't care.
