I've been on hold for about 18 minutes now!!! Please pick up the phone or get more staff if you"re inundated with calls! The reason for my call is that I want to UNSUBSCRIBE TO YOUR MTN Play..the info there does not help in anyway..PLEASE UNSUBSCRIBE ME URGENTLY! RECEIVED AN SMS LAST WEEK THAT IF I WANT TO BE UNSUBSCRIBED I MUST SEND SOME U..12 CODE BUT I STILL RECEIVE SMS's! Please Stop.
