Repair center lost phone

I sent my phone to MTN N1 City on the 31/01/2013 for repairs. Up to today the phone has not been returned. None of the Managers has returned to me to clearify what is happening except when I phone the store myself & hear the story from CSR. Apparently the phone was sent to rrepair center in Joburg. After 3 weeks with them they did not find anything wrong. It was the sent to back to Cape Town. The report I received from CSR after I phoned the store was that the phone arrived but was not properly packed. It was then returned to Joburg repair center. After 2 weeks I phoned back the CSR & was told that the phone arrived in Cape Town awaiting delivery to the store. 2 weeks later I phoned again & was told the phone was mistakenly sent back to Joburg repair center instead of N1 City Store. Week later phone the N1 City store for the manager but not available. Left the message & did not receive any call. Phone again & luckily manager was available. He only then informed me that the matter is with Arial Manager. 2 weeks later I phoned the head store on 0215272000 then spoke to the Assistant Arial Manager (N1 City Store). He phone repair center & was told tht the case is with supervisors.
