I called Vodacare Cresta because I needed my February invoice copy to be emailed or faxed through to me. After an endless number of trying to get through to the repairs section. Finally, Carmen Goliath answered and I told her that I needed to get a copy of my invoice since i need to submit this to my insurance. She told me I needed to come into the shop since this process might take up to 2 hours because she previously had someone who came to collect another client's phone, though I explained to her that all I needed was an old invoice whereby I had collected my phone already, therefore I would not be any phone!!! I cannot accept such level of arrogance and attitude from this supplier.
