Still awaiting return of the Phone

Cellular Phone was booked in on the 1st of December for repairs.
I called the MTN repair centre to enquire on the progress of repairs after 2 weeks, spoke to the consultant and was advised the phone will be sent back to the MTN gateway store.
Followed up with the store if the Phone had been received and it was not.
Had the store enquire with the repair centre on the location of my phone and it had been found the phone was sent to the wrong store.
This was escalated to be corrected and the phone delivered to the correct store, however I am still awaiting for my phone to be returned.
Non of the people who I have been in contact with can tell me as to when I will received my phone and I am always given excuses.
It is now the 11th of February and I am yet without a phone, neither have I been offered any compensation, not even a loan phone.

Deeply disturbed with the quality of Service
