In February I was instructed by Cell C to take my phone in to have the repair center check to see if there is anything wrong with my brand new iPhone 5, because according to them it cannot be Cell C's signal that is so bad that one just cannot make or receive any calls. After about 3 weeks I had to follow up as no one let me know that the phone has returned to the store and that I can collect. When I got there, as I thought, there was nothing wrong with the phone itself. Except that my phone was now damaged as they have scratched it. You can clearly see dents in the phones casing. After I refused to take it back, they sent it back to the repair center, and after first loosing the phone they eventually found it and received it back from the repair center in the same state. No repair, no replacement. I consulted a Lawyer and he suggested that I put open a case with the National Consumer Complaint Center. When I mentioned this, they agreed to put a request in to refund my money, and now, after another 2 weeks, No Phone, No Refund!! I am absolutely disgusted with this level of service, MR Riaan Ehlers, will personally be held responsible!! See you in Court!
