Waiting over six weeks for my phone

I sent my phone to edgars for repairs. Edgars sent to to mtn repair center. Its been over six weeks. I called mtn repair center and they keep giving me stories. They told me my phone was delivered to the wrong edgars store. My question to them was when my phone be delievered to the right store and was given the run around. They keep telling me it was collected from klerksdorp and sent to krugarsdorp when I went to edgars krugarsdorp to collect my phone I was told my phone hasn't been delieved. I keep calling mtn and the stories keep changinig
