Hacked cellphone?

I have been billed for a data download that is NOT mine. I received the bill, queried the charge and was told that, I must be mistaken and the charge is valid. I queried this again as the URL provided is in fact not on my handset's history at all.

I queried this again and am being ignored, since the account is on debit order and MTN have their money, it seems they are not NOT interested in sorting out my complaint.

They deny that it is possible to hack into a cell account.
