I upgraded my Cell C contract early (premature upgrade) and when my account arrived at the end of July I was charged the new rate as per my new contract. HOWEVER, I was not given all the benefits that went with that contract i.e. the 1G data bundle. When I queried it I was told that my data bundle would only be effective from 01 October 2013. I find this totally unacceptable - Cell C is prepared to charge me for my new package but are not prepared to give me the benefits associated therewith.

I was NEVER informed of this fact and find it to be "false advertising"

Also I have various phones on my contract and have been requested Cell C to consolidate my account and only take off one (1) debit order a month - this also seems impossible for them to do. Can it really be that difficult?
