I have to date sent numerous emails and had many tele conversations with Mtn regarding my complaint. They have been over charging me since August last year so i queried this and they then re-imbursed me as requested. A month later they ignorantely decide to over bill me once again and had the debit run off my bank account and claim that i did not pay my account for 2 consecutive months even after i provided them with proof of my DEBIT ORDER that get's deducted from my account. i am totally annoyed as it seems asif my query is falling on DEAF ears!! I AM AT THE POINT OF CANCELLING THIS CONTRACT BECAUSE OF PATHETIC SERVICE AND CORRESPONDENCE!!!
