I had a 1GB month to month Recurring databundle on my phone. I then canceled it to get a 2Gb month on month recuring bundle using the Vodacom app. This bundle was supposed to start on April 1. This did not happen. I phoned 111 at 9am to report problem the consultant said that it will activate during the day. I also asked her to log a service request.By 3pm i have heard nothing so i called 111 again. The consultant told me that a service request was not logged. He then proceeded to log a service request. Service request number: S3-TM995-5LEO.By 4pm nothing has happened so I logged the problem with my service request number on twitter @vodacom111. They responded that they will look into it. It is now a day later and nothing has happened and no one has contacted me. I'm now on out-of bundle rates because of vodacom's non delivery of service and product. 1. When will this bundle be activated! 2.Who will pay for me going into out of bundle rates!?
