I have sent you many requests and contacted your call center to update my banking details but YOU have however suspended my account. I have been a customer of Autopage for the past 25 years even before the inception of cell phones and have always paid my account. If that is the way you are treating your customers of long standing it is a bad reflection on your customer services department and indicates to me that you are a money grabbing company that has no respect for your customers.
