My credit card was changed by FNB. On 4 December 2013 I received an sms from Autopage to inform me that my account would be suspended. I phoned autopage immediately to change the credit card details and to pay the account. My credit card was debited by Autopage on 4 December 2013. I received another sms on 5 December 2013 to inform me that my account will be suspended. I immediately phoned autopage to inform them of the message. The lady said that all was fine that my account would not be suspended because I had paid the account on 4 December 2013.By the end of 5 December all the lines linked to the account have been suspended! I cannot received email and I cannot make a call, ALL the services have been suspended. WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY after I phoned useless autopage twice to ensure my service would not be suspended is my service suspended!!!
