We have 3 cell phone contracts with Autopage for the last 7 years. Unfortunetly we had a hiccup with our salary last month and our debit orders were return. We did contact our local branch here in Vredendal to make up on one month arrears. Yesterday Jimmy from Autopage contacted us to inform myself and my husband, which is the account holder that our phones will be cut off. We still tried to explain to Jimmy that we are planning to pay up in full when our debit order is due on the 7th. He was rude, put the phone down on my husband. After many calls back I got Jimmy on the line again. He refused to listen to me and told me the call is being recorded and the phones will be cut soon and I am not the account holder. Which was cut in 10 min... We have been loyal customers of Autopage for more than 7 years and feel that we were treated as bad clients. This is the first time we defaulted. If this is how Autopage treats its long standing clients I feel like moving to a better customer orientated provider.
