MTN will never receive anything from me again

In the early morning hours I bought R60 airtime which was loaded onto my phone. I then purchased a 1Day uncapped bundle (24hr bundle), after using it for a while it just stopped working. I then noticed that R600 airtime was taken from my phone. A consultant confirmed that the bundle was activated. I still dialed *141*6*5*3*1# like always. Then after waiting for long they only loaded R350 back onto my phone. The rest I can apparently only get after they investigate. So now I am inconvenienced. I also recieved an sms today early afternoon stating that the bundle was succesfully removed??? I paid for 24 hours?? R50?? I want that R50 back too!!! Or otherwise I will just make sure that I cancel my debit order until such time that I receive all my airtime and the R50 for the bundle that was not working!!! I want urgent feedback, otherwise early next week I will have the debit order removed of my account and MTN will not receive anything from me. Why would I pay to always have problems with something???!!!
