My credit card was damaged and replaced. However, I did not remember to change banking details with Autopage and saw on 2 September 2013 on my credit card statement that my transaction was declined on 31 August. I changed the banking details to reflect the new expiry date and CVV number on my Autopage banking details section and requested them on the same day whether it was possible to process the transaction again. I was informed the next day that it would be forwarded to the accounts department. Another day later I started receiving SMS's that my account would be suspended if I did not make payment. I immediately called Autopage and spoke to the accounts department who assured me that my new details were indeed recorded and that the transaction would be processed again. Received more SMS's... Called again, assured that (by then) the transaction was successfully presented to the bank. Account never suspended or phones disconnected. Happiness, or so I thought. THEN: the next month I note on my bill that I was charged a reconnection fee!? I have been requesting help for more than 2 months and everytime it is referred somewhere else and the tickets closed without resolution.
