Good day, I called at around 11.30 after I got an sms that my account is in arrears and will be suspended, yes i was in arrears but paid and don't understand why im getting such sms'es. anyways i spoke to a guy by the name of Lionell i think and he said the amount is for my November account so i wasn't supposed to get the sms. He said he will send an email to the accounts department to update this and my account wont be suspended. NOW my account is suspended and had to make another call and this time spoke to Shirley who told me that the account was suspended because the person (lionell) didn't send the email he was supposed to send. Are these the kind of people Autopage hires?? people who just ignore our queries and don't do what they are supposed to. Please send them on proper training as I also worked in a call center and this kind of behavior was not tolerated at my company. This is total Client Negligence. I will not recommend anyone to use Autopage

I would also like BIS to be canceled on my account as I am no longer using the blackberry. Phoning the call center seems to be a waste of time, energy and money because I don't know if they going to ignore my request AGAIN.
