Contract Cancelled due to STAFF negligence

I applied for a new contract on the 25th March and till today, have not received a single call regarding this.
On Wednesday (27th March) I went back into the store to check if my contract has been approved. However Fabian Jordaan said he would call me first thing on Thursday morning to advise if my contract had been approved. I am still waiting for this call. On Wednesday I had to go back to Canal Walk to find out what was happening with my contract and was advised that Fabian cancelled my contract on the 1st of April. Last night I went back to Canal Walk again and spoke to Julian who offered more information that my contract was cancelled because my ID wasn't clear enough and my banking details were incomplete. I fail to see how this is my fault if your consultants can't perform their duties as they should then they shouldn't be working for MTN. I have called Fabian several times today and eventually the phone was switched off after he once again promised to call me. Rowena has also failed to respond to my email. I would like this matter to be dealt with immediately and a response would be greatly appreciated.
