Contract cancelled but still being debited

My contract had come to an end and I was advised by a consultant in the call centre that it would only officially be cancelled if I go into a store and fill out a cancellation fee. I personally went into the Canal Walk store on the 17th of JUNE!! to fill out the forms and I was told then that it would take 72 hours for everything to be cancelled. I am STILL being debited every month up until now! I have called the call centre endless times only to be told that a case has been logged and they are waiting for the representative from the store to respond. I went into the KC branch to ask them to enquire. A guy checked on the system and he said the money is being taken off but being put back into my account. This is a load of BULL and I have my bank statements to prove this! Why in heavens name can a service provider not be upfront? I would like someone to contact me urgently with regards to this as I am patiently waiting for my refund for the amounts that has been debited up until now!
