I want to CANCEL my contract

I have been waiting before i upgrade my phone, i decided that I want the Samsung Galaxy Tab, I went to the canal walk branch and the guy who assisted me advised me that they do not have any in stock he will take my details and call me as they will receive them this week. (Date: 4 Feb), i then called the store on the 6th and they advised me that they will only receive the tabs after 12:00 and that someone will call me. NO ONE ADVISED me that there is a waiting list, anyway i went into the store on 8th & 9th of Feb, firstly the consultants are so miserable and unfriendly. I was then advised that they received the tabs and that they are gone again. I then called the store on 11 Feb and decided on the Bold 9900, i spoke to Tyran who was the first helpful person and she put the phone aside for me, i went to the store at 18:30 and guess what THE PHONE WHEN TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER! It wasnt her fault but this is not the first time i had been promised something and have been dissapointed again!!! The staff at the Canal walk branch must really change their attitude! I just want to cancel my contract effective end of FEB!
