No Idea what they are doing, and BAD ATTITUDE!

I phoned Vodacom Data Support on 155, after struggeling with a RAS 635 error for 2 hours.
I have alreadyr e-installed sw, rebooted hw, and did all normal procedures that helpdesk usually gives repeatedly.
Zavier Talip answered the call, at 20:57 on 04/04/2013. He gave me instructions on what to do, but his instructions was not exactly correct. He told me to delete ALL USB devices in Device Manager. I informed him, that this was not a good idea, as I had other USB devices in to my PC. He insisted, and told me to delete ALL the USB Devices and re-install the modem software, then insisted on calling me back in 10 minutes, without a reference number.
I followed his instructions, to the point my USB Keyboard, and USB mouse Mouse stopped working?! Anyway, I fixed that again, then continued with his instructions. He NEVER PHONED BACK!

I Phoned 155 again, and Jono Kesler assisted me, however the problem still persisted.

1 hour after that, Zavier eventually phones back, I ask for reference number and info and tell him the problem still persist, and he tells me "what ever" and has SERIOUS BAD ATTITUDE.
