LTE not working & no one seems to have the answe

Firstly I would like to mention that I really am for the idea that Vodacom is the best network here is SA, but lately I am really reconsidering changing.

I really feel like we are being taken for a ride here.

First they sell these LTE/4G enabled devices and the cost a big chuck amount of money.
The next thing the LTE/4G that everyone is buying these devices for are not working.. :(

Why do we have to be sold these devices with an impression that they have the infrastructure for but they do not?

I get the message that says "Not Register on the Network" then my phone loses signal altogether whenever I am connecting through LTE/4G.

Really now, what worse is that the call center agents don't even tell you that the 4G is having problems.
Now I have to use the 3G while using a device made for 4G.
