Poor service/call centre incompetence

[URL Removed] (as per my experience) has one of the best ADSL speeds.
With that said, there is also immense room for improvement on the competency of the call centre staff
in the accounts department.
After speaking to over 6 call centre staff, being "automatically" disconnected yesterday, having spent over 2 hours of airtime, being charged debit order fees for a debit order which was not suppose to go off (as confirmed by 2 call centre agents) - for which their Quality Assurers are struggling to locate the calls, a manager - Leocretia who promised to call me back the same afternoon but forgot after the 20mins argument we had the same morning.
After Afrihost accepted what has transpired - admitting guilt - the account manager has apologised and offered to refund 50% of bank charges incurred. If you care for your clients as you advertise, are truly and 100% remorseful - you should refund the full charges and not a "50%" apology. Then we can move forward.
