Drifta Software not working

I bought a DSTV Drifta. I have the following devices and the Drifta does not work on any of them:
1) iPad 1 iOS V5.1.1
2) iPhone 4 iOs 6.1.3
3) iMac OSX 10.8.3
I have re-installed the software hundreds of times - it does not work. On the following devices it does work:
1) iPad Mini iOS 6.0.1
2) iPhone 4s iOS 6.0.1
3) Also works with USB Cable to Windows 7 x64 PC
4) Windows x64 Laptop with WiFi
I tried getting support but I am sent from the one person to the next with promises to call me back but they never do. First Line Support is a joke as they have no idea what is going on!
Almost R1000 down the drain!! What does it help DSTV cannot provide proper software for their devices!!!
