Vodacom s failure to communicate

I am down right disgusted. I have been having issues with my data bundle since last year November on all our devices. I had the technicians come out to do the necessary and it was better for a while then it always got worse. In August this year they sent a technician to my house. He took readings an they discovered I was getting intermittent 3G no 2G and GPRS. They then fed back to me a few days later and said they could not rectify the problem. The guys from the network department said that I could cancel my data contracts without penalties. This was fine by me as my wife needs a descent uplink for her business and a bad data stream would not do. I then contacted the Cancellations department. They said the could see the reference number but not tell what it was for. After many minutes and hours of phone calls to the Accounts department, cancellations department and network department I eventually got someone who was willing to help and we did a conference call and it was in theory settled. I got an additional reference number and was told I would be contacted in 24 hrs. I m still waiting and I have phoned back and no one knows what is going on. This is unacceptable.
