I have reported bad network coverage for more than a year now (see reference numbers below), and nothing has been done. When I phone the call center the consultant logs the problem and gives me a reference number. Nothing happens within 48 hours, and when I (as advised by the consultants) phone them again, they say that it has been passed on to planning. And nothing happens again. On one stage when I phoned the consultant told me that if I have a problem I should switch to another network, I don't know if this is what they are trained to do, but I think this shows the level of incompetence. This wouldn't have been a problem if it was only my cellphone, but I manage my own company with 25 communication devices that use Vodacom simcards (these numbers have been given to the consultants). This poses a big problem as these devices can't communicate and I can't call my employees.

I would like to have the contact information of someone who can solve this problem for me??
