Contract still continuing after cancelation
I cancelled a 8 Ta Internet 2 package on the 2013-02-16 14:00 with their help desk 081180
Case number 4117756, On the 2013-04-03 after I received my new account the contract is still continuing, I phoned the help desk 081180, they told me it takes 20 days, but 20 days from 2013-02-16 has long past, unable to help me, they told me to wait, but in the mean time I am paying for contract that I am not using. Regards
