Contract ending, email sent, now no one knows

Our 8ta contract 0814674350 is expired by end May 2013. We went into the branch in Cape Gate and were told we have to call the call centre, which we did and were told we have to send a email to Rention, [Email Removed] on 18 May 2013 and that same day Felicia Mukeri forwarded the email to [Email Removed] Now after two weeks we called and were told they have no knowledge of any cancellation!!! but I have all the emails as proof, we are still waiting for feedback and the contract is continuing although we want to cancel it!!
The idea of cancelling was because we wanted to wait for my husbands contract from another subcriber to also expire soon then we wanted to have one contract with 8ta, but if this is the attitude then we have to reconsider going back to 8ta!!!
