I took out a data contract with Cell C in March. I requested that the Sales person set a limit on the card. If I used up the 2G then it must cut me off as I dont want to pay more than the R99 of the contract. Everytime I called I was told that it has not been done yet and that the Call Centre can only send an email to the staff working with limits. I called again today and was then told that Cell C stores can activate limits. I'm also told that my limit was set for R50. That means that it will be R99 R50. What part of I dont want to pay more than R99 is not understood. I'm also told that the reason for the R50 is: "Set on minimum threshold of R50" and it cant be lower than that, but my husband set his limit for R1. Why is it different? Can you also please tell Lindiwe that she needs to work on her attitude and her customer service. Its because of people like her that I wont recommend Cell C to other people.
