Contract Cancellation and NO RESPONSE received

I have already opened a case with 081180 to cancel my contract on the contract expiry due date, the case number is 6246124.
I was told to mail to [Email Removed] I have done this 3 times now and still no response received to confirm that this will be done or not. It's like I am sending a mail to something that is non existence.
