Contract still not cancelled!

I went into telkom/8ta Rosebank around November last year to cancel my 8ta 10GB/month contract because my contract is ending soon and I have telko ADSL now. The guy at the telkom shop said the contract will be cancelled and I will not be charged with the debit order as of the beginning of December 2013. I tried to call the customer care number 081180 I don't know how many times and I can NEVER get through to a consultant. IT IS NOW JANUARY 2014, MY CONTRACT SHOULD HAVE TERMINATED EVEN WITHOUT CANCELLATION, BUT I'M STILL GETTING BILLED. My 8ta number is 081 286 1951 and reference is 7130715. PLEASE GET THIS STUPID CONTRACT CANCELLED BECAUSE I ALREADY HAVE TELKOM ADSL!! AND HIRE SOME REAL CONSULTANTS WHO ACTUALLY ANSWERS THE CUSTOMER CARE LINES!
