I activated my BIS service on tuesday and cant use my bbm, internet, e-mails or bb protect. Im calling the call centre data deptment but they just tell me they will come back to me and still im waiting. Im paying for something i cant use. How much times must i call the service provider before they can help me. I have requested my Host routing table but just nothing is coming through. Isnt you the people that gets a huge salary for helping us with the problems?
