Re- Installation of BIS services after payment of

Telecommunications

I recently paid MTN's pending bill which also came from the data bill that they refused to investigate and requested that at least, the least i can ask for after paying R2, 200 is for my BIS to be re-activated. I have been calling for the last 6 days and have been given every excuse from its been activated, switch off phone for 10 mins and re-start to being passed around from department to department after holding on the phone waiting for 20 - 30 mins. I understand i am just a drop in the ocean for MTN as a customer but this is probably the worst service i have ever received from MTN and is appalling to say the least. I mean it is only a R60 service and was not aware that since its worth so little, it shows how little people like myself are worth to MTN. Day 6 and still counting to be re-activated after calling over 4 - 5 times per day. Thank you mTN for showiing me where I in your business plan. I hope Cell C, 8ta or Vodacom value me, my friends and family more as customer. I real;y appreciate the organisation's honesty showings so that i don't have any false impressions.
