I have been struggling since the 1st of November at 14:15 with this Blackberry of mine. Cell C's customer care, technical support as well as local store cannot help me with this problem. All that needs to happen is that host routing table entries must be sent to my phone and the communication between Cell C and Research In Motion is of the poorest quality where a paying customer goes without the services paid for and no apparent resolve of the issue is in sight.

Cell C walk in store even went so far as to make me buy a new sim card costing R50 that did not even resolve the issue (wasted MONEY!!). The walk in store, customer care and technical support all assured me that this current solution will every time be the final solution to all my problems ever since the first time I have called and still no change.

This is unacceptable and a loyal cell c user for 5 years will not hesitate at all to move to a new service provider once this contract expires because the amount of frustration cannot even be expressed in this message.
