Useless Service Provider!!!

I have 2 cell phone contracts with them and my partner 1. We have been having countless problems with since the beginning! I have had to go into the shop how many times over because they can't seem to do it right the first time you ask. For e.g. I specifically asked for statements to be emailed not posted. I had to go into the shop 3 times to ask them because it was not done correctly. I am STILL waiting for my refund. They have incorrectly loaded charges to our accounts for things we did not ask for. (e.g. extra airtime and data bundles etc.) I still to date am waiting for a response to this and other problems, after having been to their branch, phoned and sent emails. They do not get back to you. I sent them a long complaints email and requested that it be sent to the correct department at head office, this obviously wasn't done. And they give no contact info for complaints. Don't even try calling the call centre! Not to mention the fine print/costs they don't mention to you when taking out your contract!! I am so frustrated with this service provider! They are beyond useless and I would warn anyone against using their services. We will definitely be cancelling our contracts!!
