Early in December I bought a Internet data bundle, using my cellphone. This was not activated and I phoned customer service, they told me that the bundle did not go through and activated another bundle I told them this had to be ONCE OFF and I only wanted ONE for now, I will get another one if and when needed. Well Both were activated!! I started using it, writing down my actual usage every time I go on line. My data disappeared more than twice as fast as my actual usage. I then did an exercise with cell C data, My data there was used at the same rate as my reports after every usage. This tell me that vodacom is my data to make me buy more, more often maybe??? Still awaiting call back from this service request. NOW the cherry on this cake is that they billed me again for data at the beginning of January. On phoning they say I activated for monthly use. HOW DO YOU LISTEN??? I am still waiting for this call back too. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.!!! I am sick and tired of incompetent people in positions where a service is offered but every time we use it there is mistakes and problems.!!!
