Sim swopped and line not activated

I requested my data to be blocked and then had a sim swop done. At neither occasion was I was told after sim swop was done and billed for that the line would not be activated without a call to the call centre. had that been done, I would not have wasted 2 months trying to connect to the internet and putting it down to poor connection speeds. Your call centre is impossible to get through to at the best of times. I would like my 2 months of billed data refunded for your lack of appropriate information. What is the point of a sim swop otherwise? i could have saved myself money and waited until my sim card was returned and had it reactivated. I fully expect my unused data to be added to my account for me to utilize to make up for your billing and lack of information.
