The one thing mtn got right

Firstly Iet it be known I don't like mtn.
Even though they are my network provider and that is only because I'm on contract. However on the 26/03/2013 I spoke to a gentleman by the name of BRIAN TSHABALALA .Wow I must admit I have dealt with a lot of mtn representatives and some have been great like YOGI (from the gateway mtn store) and some not so good. I spoke to him twice that day and I was in awe at this guys service. He is brilliant, he is a gem. I had problems using the data bundles I had purchased, I had tried everything from host table routing to APN settings to alt LGLG.We spent an hour over the phone, never once did I hear frustration or annoyance in his voice even though it seemed like nothing was working. Brian is an asset, he knew what he was doing, and its guys like him that make it easier to deal with mtn.
